Lovely townhome in a central, gated section of Waikoloa beach development. Huge Lanai with covered and uncovered areas to take advantage of, or get out of, the sun. Top floor unit was very private and delivered tremendous golf course, mountain views and ocean views.
The unit itself is very clean and well furnished. The full beach towel basket was a nice touch. So was the coffee/tea bar with no fewer than 4 different ways to prepare your favorite hot drink. We walked to the beach in 7-10 minutes. The Kings Shops and Queen Shops were walking distance or a 2 minute car ride away for restaurants, groceries or even movies. 90 minutes to Hilo.
Very spacious and comfortable.
- Freezer made loud sounds during our stay, but the owner was very responsive!
