1. Comfort, Cleanliness, and Arrangement of Rooms
The condition of rooms, where guests spend most of their time and which are their personal space, is crucial for first impressions. • Spotlessly Clean and Fragrant Areas: The feeling of cleanliness upon entering the room, the fragrant linens and towels, immediately reveal the hotel's quality. • Bed Comfort: A comfortable and orthopedic bed, along with quality pillows, makes you forget the day's fatigue and doubles your enjoyment of your stay. • Modern and Functional Design: Small but life-simplifying details such as lighting that doesn't strain the eyes, easily accessible power outlets, and spacious wardrobes for storing belongings are highly appreciated.
2. General Areas and Social Amenities of the Facility
The fact that the hotel is not just about rooms, but also offers pleasant areas to spend time in, makes the facility indispensable.
3. Rich and Fresh Breakfast: The variety of the open buffet offered to start the day, the freshness of the products, hot presentations, and quality coffee options ensure an energetic start to the day. 4. The Friendly and Attentive Staff
No matter how luxurious a facility is, it's the people who make it special. • Warm Welcome: From the moment of check-in, the helpful, friendly, and efficient staff at the reception make you feel valued. • Quick Response to Needs: Everyone, from housekeeping to restaurant staff, enjoys their work, and requests are fulfilled immediately, maximizing the comfort of your stay. (Many thanks to Tony.)
There is nothing I disliked about the facility.
