Proximity to the White beach and relative quietness at night.
You'll get level of overall quality of accommodation and breakfast corresponding to what you pay for, bearing on mind that Boracay is pricey place.
It was difficult to find the place because there is no signage nor a board with the name TANS GUESTHOUSE and you have to ask number of people to eventually get right direction. What complicates thing is that there is an annexe to main building which is also without any displayed name to be seen.
