Location was excellent. Close to everything but far enough away to feel private. Coffee on the back deck every morning the weather is nice is a must. Picture from back deck.
Stairs to the unit while not unsafe, were a little sketchy.

The location is great, the place is comfy and spacious, great river views, laundry in suite helped us reset our load from being on the road while staying in one place, we didn’t end up using much of the kitchen, but I imagine it works fine, and we had a good stay overall!
a bit of a lengthy review to hopefully help future guests have a more enjoyable stay.
To begin, in terms of first impressions, the verification process was quite lengthy and I wasn’t sure if I was going to get scammed with all the information I had to provide, including my picture as the app wouldn’t recognize my card information and the cost is non-refundable once you book but receive this verification system after the fact. Bookings.com (http://bookings.com/) even specifically asks you to not share personal information to avoid scams. I imagine it would deter a lot of people. When we got there at 3 as instructed the door to the key pick up building was locked (as well as at 10am at check-out)and the on-site parking was not clear, when we got to our apartment there were water drops across the floors that we had to clean along with a bad smell so we opened the windows to clear it out (not sure if that's usual, but I would imagine in winter that wouldn't be pleasant, it cleared and stayed clear once we did), the wifi's very slow and sometimes wouldn't connect at all, the kitchen window and doorway to the outside patio and is quite dirty and the later is missing a screen door, the outside table is warped and unusable, the shower door on the left (facing) is broken, there's no toilet paper holder nor one for hand towels at the sink, no outlets to plug hairdryer/straightner/curler/etc. in the washroom, there were a few bugs crawling around including a couple ants and a few dead ones, the bedroom door doesn't close at all and the bathroom door has a hard time staying closed, 2 of the kitchen chairs were too tall for the table provided, and the upstairs neighbours were a bit loud with their tv & walking around/dropping things.
