Besides the above inconveniences I would recommend the unit to others.

Good location as I have previously stayed at a hotel around the corner. Unit sparsely, but adequately, furnished. Unit was one of many in a high rise with a 24/7 front desk. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Transfer from airport was part of the deal. I provided flight details however transfer was not provided. "Smart" television was installed however you had to purchase plans for individual station outlets. A normal TV, as provided in hotels, would have been appropriate. Had to call agent to install wyfi. Only one towel provided for myself and partner. One more each should be essential.
