La courte distance avec Genève était très pratique.
Nous avions réservé ce logement plusieurs semaines à l’avance sur Booking. Pourtant, seulement 3 heures avant notre arrivée, nous apprenons qu’il est finalement indisponible en raison d’un dégât des eaux survenu 4 jours auparavant. Trois autres logements nous sont proposés, sans réel détail. Après 4 heures de route, nous acceptons.
Quelle déception à notre arrivée ! Le quartier est peu rassurant et l’agence, difficilement identifiable. L’accueil est assuré par un agent de maintenance, qui nous réclame la caution sans état des lieux. Nous insistons pour qu’un état des lieux soit réalisé, et nous avons bien fait.
Le logement est très mal entretenu : plinthes abîmées, plafonnier menaçant de tomber, nombreuses taches, mobilier et literie sales. La cuisine présente des problèmes électriques inquiétants, des équipements défectueux et un réfrigérateur moisi. La salle de bain n’est guère mieux : évacuations bouchées, saletés, mauvaises odeurs et équipements détériorés. Un nettoyage s’est même imposé avant de pouvoir nous installer.
Pour couronner le tout, le jour du départ, on nous annonce des frais de 25 € par demi-heure de dépassement et nous sommes même prévenus que notre caution pourrait ne pas être restituée. Nous avons finalement récupéré celle-ci, mais non sans difficulté.

Communication désagréable, logement très décevant et séjour loin d’être reposant. Nous déconseillons fortement.
