The character of the house, old (maybe original) floor tiles, tall ceilings and other period pieces. The location was very good, quiet yet close to the promenade. Generally clean with some exceptions (see below). Got very quick response to all my questions from the host.
No complementary welcome pack. Would be nice to get some basic items included e.g. bottled water, fruit juice, biscuits/croissants etc, just to cover the first night/morning.
Several large areas of wall with peeling paint. Slight musty smell in the front bedroom, back bedroom was ok.
In the bathroom, the metal frame used to support the ceiling tiles was rusty above the shower, also some rust coloured stains on the tiles.
Insufficient number of toilet rolls, 3 small rolls is not enough.
Very small courtyard area and table needs cleaning. The area is very overlooked by the taller surrounding houses.
Skylight window above the kitchen area needs cleaning, its very dirty.
Air conditioner unit in the back bedroom very noisy.

Great location, very close to the beach and right in the city centre. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant family stay. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our time there.
Unfortunately, we had no internet at all during our entire 7-day stay. We reported the issue, provided photos and stayed in contact with the host, who told us they had also contacted the local internet provider. Despite this, the problem was never resolved during our stay.
As a result, the whole family had to rely on mobile roaming, leading to significant and unnecessary additional costs, especially with the children using YouTube and Instagram. These costs could have been avoided if the issue had been resolved after we reported it. It was disappointing to receive assurances that the problem was being addressed without seeing any actual solution.
Overall, the accommodation and location were very good. If the internet issue had been resolved, the experience would have been excellent.

It is truly a hidden gem. The interior is beautiful and lovely decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect, with various amenities nearby, a bus stop just around the corner, as well as restaurants and the boulevard within walking distance.
From the moment you step inside, you are pleasantly surprised and instantly feel at home.

The apartment is located in a peaceful neigbourhood, close to a bus stop, seaside promenade, great bakery and Lidl. It is tastefully furnished and well-equipped with all you need on holidays. It was also spotlessly clean. The host was easy to contact during the whole stay.
I wish there was a dishwasher but its lack was not a serious flaw.
