Se trata de un edificio lujoso y muy bien ubicado, tiene cerca restaurantes, cafés, minimercados y el Ágora mall. Las zonas comunes con piscina y jacuzzi son increíbles así como las vistas de la ciudad. Respecto al apartmento, es espacioso y luminoso. El estilo de la decoración es bastante ejecutivo (minimalista, colores neutros y luz fría) y para mi gusto considero que podría un poco más acogedor en ese sentido. La cocina está perfectamente dotada y tiene todos los insumos que se pudieran requerir. Realmente es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Santo Domingo.
No me sentí a gusto con el estilo de comunicación por parte del anfitrión. Me sentía hablando con la IA y no con una persona. Pedí que las comunicaciones fueran en español y aún así me siguieron enviando algunos mensajes en inglés. El anfitrión me dio su número de WhatsApp y aunque le escribí 2 veces no me respondió por ese medio. Al final la comunicación se realizó enteramente por el chat de Booking pero faltó algo de fluidez y sobre todo la calidez de una atención más personalizada.

The location was great. There were a few hickeys ups but the host responded quickly and sorted out the issues. I would definitely stay there again.
The coffee maker did not work. The microwave was missing the inside plate so was not able to use. That was an inconvenience
