Fantastisk utsikt över Dourofloden och dalen från den lilla balkongen.
Vackert inrett med exklusiva material. Bra säng.
Trevligt att få en liten flaska portvin på en bricka som välkomsthälsning.
En hemsk lukt av avlopp i det toalett/tvättrum som fanns i vårt rum. Lukten spred sig ut i sovrummet om man inte vaktade noga på dörren. Handdukarna fick en otäck doft av avlopp. Gemensamt kök finns men spisen var trasig.
Dusch delar man i ett gemensamt duschrum. Inredningen där var mycket påkostad med exklusivt kakel och dusch. Men plötsligt försvann varmvattnet när man duschade och återkom efter en stund.
Det kändes som att boendet hade en påkostad yta men att avlopp och vatten inte fungerade.
Tråkigt också med lappar överallt om att man inte får äta och dricka på rummet och att man inte får slänga papper i toaletten.
Incheckningen sker helt digitalt. Man får en kod och träffar aldrig någon personal

The View was fantastic. We were able to park on the street in fron of the property.The hosts were very responsive
The WIFI was out during our stay. This may have been the internet provider but it was unfortunate.

The bathroom was nice and location reasonable
The room was extremely small. It wasn’t cleaned on our second day as promised.
There was a request to throw toilet paper in the garbage which everyone did. I would expect that to be cleaned daily but it wasn’t and by the second day the bathroom stunk.
I somehow missed that it was a shared bathroom so if you are staying there make sure you understand that.
Finally the owner expected to have confidential documents shared through email to register without any security. I do not believe that should ever be requested but when I requested in person check in I was given no choice and no communication on options. In the end I had no choice but to email passport info on a non secured email or I would lose my booking
