Il personale dell' hotel è molto gentile e disponibile.
Hanno fatto l'upgrade della nostra stanza che era molto pulita e spaziosa.
La colazione è buona, unica nota non cambia ed è sempre la stessa. Ad eccezione di yogurt e marmellata non c'è nulla di dolce da ordinare.
L'hotel si trova in downtown, una buona posizione per raggiungere lungo Nilo e alcune delle principali attrazioni.
Il palazzo rimane un po' fatiscente da fuori ma i piani in cui è presente l'hotel sono tutti ristrutturati e risultano accoglienti.
Nel complesso, è stato bello soggiornare qui.
Per chi viene c'è da mettere in conto il rumore delle strade del Cairo.

I come to Cairo for many years, Sama Hotel Sherif Basha certainly does not disappoint, on the contrary! It is the hotel I like best out of many for its location, cleanliness and excellent staff. They are the best, the kindest, the most helpful, cheerful and informative crowd ever. Fabulous place with beautiful rooms, great service and good breakfast à la carte!

You can walk to anywhere in downtown, even to the El Khalili markets, it's a straight road as it it to the Nile in the opposite direction.
Tahrir square is also walkable with its bus station right there as well.
On this current trip through Egypt I have three separate stays at Hotel Sama :).

The staff is incredibly helpful and we really needed all their effort because we had a really messy arrival and we would have been in serious trouble without their help. The communication was quick and efficient and they really did all they could to help.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable, it’s really a great deal in terms of quality and prices.
The location is also great very central and close to many things.
They packed our breakfast and truly helped in every way.
Nothing that a good pair of earplugs wouldn’t fix.
(Noise from the street and noise from the corridor through the night… but this is Egypt!)
