Not the best

Location was great

The day before our arrival, I received an email stating that the key would be in a key box beside the door, and providing a code along with photos showing the location. When we arrived at the property around 2-2:30 PM, we were unable to find the promised key box. Although check-in was not until 5 PM, I assumed the key might be there, so we searched extensively but could not locate it. I then called the number provided on the booking, but the person was on holiday, so we were told someone would be in touch with us. Within 5 minutes, a woman called and informed us that there was no key box, and that we could not check in until 5 PM unless we were willing to pay an early check-in fee of 25 euros per hour. Given that the property was empty, this seemed unreasonable, especially considering we had two children and it was -12 degrees Celsius outside. While I understand the rules, the woman then added that we would need to collect the keys from her, which was a 20-minute walk away according to the maps. With our luggage and two children, this was not a feasible option. I messaged the property and explained that the booking had not mentioned any of these additional requirements. The woman did arrive at the property at 4 PM, which was considerate of her. The neighbors seemed mostly fine, except for one individual who appeared to be intoxicated and made an inappropriate comment to us in the corridor. The apartment itself was acceptable, but did not match the photos. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant and appeared quite dirty, to the point that even my children did not want to use the shower. Additionally, none of the blinds were functional, so we could not open them to see outside. The location, however, was ideal. Overall, this was one of the worst places I have ever stayed.

8 / 10

Warm, small and cozy in the centre

Bed was comfortable and location was great. Was fine for what we wanted which was a warm comfortable place to sleep. Added bonus having netflix for the kids to watch. We left a sled in the cupboard for the next occupants to use.

WC was adequate but could do with a little updating. Kitchenette was very compact (as expected), which would be a little tricky if you were wanting space to cook a lot at once. However no issue for us.

Buena ubicación cerca del centro, camas cómodas, calentito con buenos edredones

La limpieza de la cocina y cubertería, demasiada luz no había cortinas opacas y en el salón la persiana no funcionaba
