We travel quite a lot, so we know that apartments are rarely perfect. Almost never. This time, however, we were genuinely impressed.
**Location.** A quiet, charming street, just a few metres from the steps down to a small beach between the cliffs. A minimarket is nearby, larger supermarkets are 200–300 metres away, and there are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants around.
**The apartment.** Clean, cosy and beautifully furnished with great taste and care. Fresh, spotless towels and bed linen, with extra sets provided. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware — cups, plates, glasses, wine glasses, pans and pots of different sizes. Everything you need is there. A washing machine, detergents and other household supplies are also provided.
A lovely welcome included a coffee machine, tea, coffee, sweets, water and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The furniture is in excellent condition, the beds are comfortable, and every room has air conditioning.
**The terraces.** The apartment has two bedrooms on opposite sides, with a small inner terrace between them — perfect for family breakfasts. Upstairs there is a large terrace with a sofa, loungers, sun umbrella, outdoor shower and everything needed for a barbecue, including charcoal. One level higher is another small terrace with an amazing sea view — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
**The host.** Yolanda is incredibly friendly, kind and polite, and speaks excellent English. Special thanks to her for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Two beach umbrellas, reliable Wi-Fi and a large TV were also a nice bonus.
**Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.**

Yolanda went over and above allowing an early check in and even provided beach towels when I asked which they do not usually do. Communication was always met with a quick response. The apartment has a fantastic private roof terrace and an additional shared terrace with a sea view. The location was perfect being only a few minutes from both the beach and the restaurants etc.
