Had everything I needed as a touring bicyclist. Great washer/dryer, great well-equipped kitchen, comforta le bed.
The "house rules", which were not disclosed in information by booking.com , included not only the expected taking out fhe trash and washing dishes. Additional rules included cleaning bathroom, vacuuming all floors, changing the sheets and making the bed for the next guest! I never would have stayed here had I known, as I had a 6 hour bicycle ride ahead of me on checkout day. If you are going to include such rules, they should be well-stated in the information.

A very nice place with lots of room. A keypad entry. Washer and dryer. Parking right out front. Very quiet.
The rules of the house changed from what we booked to what was on a laminated sheet upon arrival. The list on the sheet included vacuuming the entire place, removing the sheets and putting new sheets on the bed, cleaning the bathroom, taking out the garbage, and washing dishes. It looks like the place may be running on guest labour and now you may be staying at a place where the cleaning is done by the previous guest of the day at their standards. When we arrived, the wash machine had a load of wet towels in it and the dish cloth and towel in the kitchen were dirty with what looked like tomato sauce.
