Stian and Amela were very communicative and accommodating in the lead to up the trip and collecting the key was straightforward via a lockbox. The accomodation was exceptional: nicely appointed with quality furniture, a beautiful view from the main windows, and a well equipped kitchen. The surrounding area on the mountain is peaceful and safe. The overall quality and attention to detail was excellent, my family felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again.
The accommodation was right on the slops and a 10 minute drive into central Voss. I imagine this is ideal for skiing in the winter. In the summer, there is a need to drive in to Voss each day to make the most of the bike rentals and water sports available. This is a trade off for the peaceful setting and incredible views, but worth keeping in mind depending on your itinerary.
