The property was very homely accommodation covering all the requirements of my stay. The facility was well equipped with all the relevant lounge and kitchen facilities.
The accommodation was in an interesting location - 10-minute walking distance from the train station. Close to the University and restaurants/cafes.
The owners were very obliging and made my stay most enjoyable.
I would recommend the accommodation to a single traveler or a couple. While off the street and not your normal motel type accommodation it was secure and well position for those on business or wanting to explore Viterbo
Nothing that I didn't like - except it was winter and could not enjoy the outdoor setting to relax and enjoy a pizza and a glass of wine.

Il mono locale, situato nel centro storico di Viterbo, si affaccia su una tranquilla corte interna, si presenta in modo, direi, impeccabile, a seguito di recente ed accurata ristrutturazione. E' dotato di tutti i servizi, confort, accessori e dotazioni necessari e anche di più, per un soggiorno completo. Cucina pronta per essere usata. E' dotato di adeguato spazio esterno coperto, di fronte al comodo parcheggio privato. La struttura è pulitissima e accuratamente arredata e mantenuta dalla gentile proprietaria. Il necessario per la colazione è presente in cucina.
