Instalações são novas e espacosas
Localização em frente à rodoviária em local que inspira insegurança.
Atendimento pouco profissional, com atendente de bermudas e tipo faz tudo. Tive que solicitar papel higiênico pois não tinha no banheiro. Café da manhã fraquíssimo e com pouquíssimas opções. Sem nenhum profissionalismo no atendimento.

Suite ampla e confortável. Ponto negativo pia do banheiro suite bem pequena.
Do café da manhã muito muito simples sem opções de prato quente. E o horário de encerramento muito cedo às 9h. Só conseguir tomar café um dia. Se melhorar este item o hotel fica perfeito!!!!

O Rosmarry Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Destaque para o Rafael que nos atendeu super bem, além de uma localização muito importante (ao lado da rodoviária), quartos confortáveis e amplo estacionamento.
Apesar de ter gostado da experiência, acredito que poderiam investir na acústica do quarto (o ruído da rua atrapalha o sono) e num café da manhã mais qualificado.
