Quiet &relaxing

It was in a nice apartment building with concierge.
Location was ok but not much around it but if you hire a moped then it won’t be an issue and the hop on hop off (HOHO) bus stops right outside for pick up and drop off. The pool was also small but always had beds available with an amazing view.
There wasn’t much within walking distance for us and the beach nearby was quite rough in terms of the tide etc the best beaches were a drive away. A lot of the restaurants by the Savoy and Belmont are closed for some reason meaning you either have to travel to get food or go to the Belmont Cafe, or cook in the apartment which was a little tricky with the pan not fully fitting the stove. The gym was very small and located in cluster B it would be better if there were towels or cleaning products to clean after you and no mats for floor work - but this is likely the building and not the apartment but just something to be aware of when booking.
The main issue we had was on our third night we had cockroaches in the pan cupboard, thankfully they sent a housekeeper round who got rid of them for us but this wasn’t until 3pm the next day, while we didn’t have to stay in for this it was a windy, cold overcast day so not really anywhere for us to go and we had to be out of the apartment for 3 hours for the cleaning and spraying to be done so we lost a day of our trip really we did plan on paddle boarding at the beach and getting back early to pack etc. Instead we spent the morning packing and shaking both our cases out to be sure we didn’t have anything in them. On the same day while waiting for the kitchen to be cleaned we went to the pool to wait on the lower ground floor in the hall there was a cockroach on its back in the hall so I think there may have been an issue while we were there.
All in all our stay was ok here but could have been better.

L'appartamento è all'interno di un condominio di nuova edificazione in Newcost in mezzo ai campi da golf. L' appartamento è nuovo e ben arredato, con soggiorno,cucina,camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno. Vi è inoltre una piscina ed una sala Gym. Il condominio è molto ben tenuto con controlli sicurezza 24/24. La zona è lussuosa e molto tranquilla. Si raggiunge in 10-15 minuti dal centro (D Mall) con Tuc tuc o Hop on-Hop off. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti
Sarebbe utile dotare l'appartamento di un asciugacapelli.
