A truly palatial apartment in a fantastic central location in Catania’s historic centre. The rooms are enormous, with soaring ceilings, stunning original frescoes and beautiful furnishings throughout. We arrived later than the allocated check-in time and really appreciated the flexibility and kindness shown to us, with no additional charge. A memorable and very special place to stay.

Si tratta di un alloggio nel centro della città, dove tutti i punti di interesse sono raggiungibili in massimo cinque minuti a piedi. La zona ha una moltitudine di ristoranti e negozi ed è sicurissima a tutte le ore. L'appartamento stesso era al di sopra di ogni aspettativa! È spazioso e pulitissimo e offre tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno in termini di attrezzatura per un soggiorno confortevole. Si tratta di un appartamento in un edificio storico monumentale del XVII secolo, di quelli che sono oggetto di studio di interesse architettonico (soffitti alti con volte, balconι a palco, camere da letto grandissime, corridoi ampi e un cortile interno centrale), un modo fantastico per percepire la storicità e lo stile di vita della città prima della sua trasformazione turistica. Oltre ogni aspettativa è stata la proprietaria, gentilissima e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi dubbio e a fornire ogni aiuto richiesto. Infatti è capitato che si rompesse lo sciacquone e nel giro di due ore ha provveduto al suo ripristino. Grazie mille. Se mai dovessimo tornare a Catania, verremo sicuramente di nuovo qui!!!

This elegant apartment is in a great location in the historic centre. It is more beautiful in person and has everything you need. Cinzia went out of her way to ensure our stay was amazing. We stayed 9 nights and didn't want to leave! If we're lucky enough to be in Catania again, we will certainly be staying here.

The apartment was very spacious and featured beautiful high ceilings that gave it an open and airy feel. I appreciated the amount of room available and found it to be a good base for my three-night stay in Catania.
The mattress was old and caved in the center I didn’t sleep well ! , the sheets , towels pillows are in need of replacement. The sofa in the Living room was old and needs replacement , it was very uncomfortable to sit for periods of time . The loft is also very dark as it’s street front with only one window at the front door to allow light in . I could not open any windows for fresh air as there was no windows to open . The host was very responsive during the stay , however the loft needs some improvements this is my honest opinion.
