Jättefin och mysig stuga.
Avskilt i en liten by med risfält och djungel, långt bort från ljuden av trafiken. Fin trädgård.
Jättesnäll ägare som heter Dedoeg. Han gav oss bra service och var trevlig. De andra var också jättetrevliga.
Väldigt prisvärt.
Jättegod frukost som ingår.
Mysig by där alla känner varandra
Mycket mygg runt stugan eftersom det är ute på landet, men det finns myggnät runt sängen.

Wat een uitzicht vanuit de kamer ! En toffe straat.
Mensen zijn supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Proper grote kamer, badkamer, keuken en eigen tuin met prachtige planten en bloemen.

I can’t think of anything in Bali that compares to the stay at Umah Merta Kayu. Starting from the great hospitality of Ketut and his wife Ayu, the Villa that is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, the cute little kitchen, the wash area, porch, garden, cats and chickens roaming in the garden….so much of thought has been given in creating a comfortable and cosy space for guests. They have even provided a sarong in case someone wants to visit temples. Food comes from a local warung and is very tastefully prepared.
Mornings and evenings were a delight sitting in the porch overlooking rice fields, drinking tea with the local kitten to give company. This is a place one must visit, if they are looking for quiet “me/us” time with nature.

I couldn’t believe how beautiful the property was, your nestled in with nature surrounded by the local families & wildlife. When I got there it felt like I had just arrived at a fairy land, they’ve poured their heart and soul into this property & you can really tell, the house itself is very well equipped with everything you’d need from a fully functional kitchen to a tranquil lovely bathroom and the bed room has a tv with wifi lots of space for your clothes ~ you’ll spend the whole time with all the doors open just watching the views! Everyday they delivered me fresh fruit and in the evening I’d come back to herbal teas they picked from the garden. The owners are lovely and I felt so welcomed -
the place is very tranquil but only takes you 20 mins to get to ubud in traffic ~ lots of lovely things to do around the area too.
