Staff were lovely and accommodated me last minute. Love the customer service and how quickly I received a response. Clean upon arrival and cute little things placed around like coffee sachets and little bottles of wash items etc. Had everything required to be comfortable there with my children. THANK YOU.

Nice and spacious place, could park just next to it. Very well kitted out kitchen, clean and hospitable. Very close to the beach (3 minutes walk) and great fish and chip shop - "Fish me a dish" try it !
Extra money chargeable for wifi access. We had 2 towels for us all. 2 adults and 2 children.
One bin bag, no bags left to put any extra litter in. Host has plugged in some air freshener to wall socket and left it on. When we first came in the smell was so strong that our little boy (4yrs) was sick at the point of entering the house.

Quiet location
It was more the hosts who were difficult to contact with virtually no phone signal at this site. We were late getting in as the code for the door and caravan were emailed. The boiler seems to be operated remotely and was not switched on so we went 24 hours without hot water. The online check in form was not evident when booking and when I enquired where I could find this, the host seemed annoyed with me. Also I was told the cost of having my two dogs was £60 the night before we arrived. Again the host was pretty blunt and I had difficulty paying (there was an issue with the payment page). I will not be booking again and do not recommend them.
