Not Worth It, Not Clean

Nothing nice. The pictures are deceiving.

Everything was just so dirty inside. The floor had so many dead insects. I had to clean up the floor. The kitchen had a window that was difficult to close. There are no shoes for the bathroom or any slippers. The bed linen had so many hair on the pillow and duvet. I had to cover the pillows and use my own blanket. It took me nearly an hour to find parking at the ghetto area. The check-in was also very long. They informed me that I have arrived at the wrong location. I followed the location that is on Booking.com. If the location is wrong, they should update it. They didn’t even inform me of the location or send me anything. I have been updating them before check-in to let them know that I will be late. The lack of communication is very poor. They knew I was coming but they still took so long to arrive for the check-in. The whole process was a nightmare and I was extremely tired from driving for more than 14 hours. Never again will I book this place, and mind you, it is dirty and the pictures are so deceiving. I can get over the ghetto area location, but never the cleanliness of the place. It’s just disgusting.

I had an issue with my initial booking and the owner efficiently arranged a replacement accommodation that exceeded my expectations. The replacement was spacious and clean with air conditioning available and toiletries provided. The building was cosy and the common areas were very well-maintained. Lovely staff.
