Die Lage ist gut.

Eine Matratze auf einer Euro Palette ist mehr als ungewöhnlich als Bett. Versuche seit Tagen eine Rechnung zu bekommen ohne Erfolg. Ausstattung sehr dürftig.

Ekelhaft!

Am liebsten würde ich hier nichts schreiben, aber die Lage ist das einzig Gute an dieser Wohnung.

Es ist eine absolute Frechheit in welchem Zustand diese Wohnung vermietet wird. Alles mögliche was man in der Küche und im Bad benötigt, um diese nutzen zu können war dreckig. Alles war staubig, auf Handtüchern, Lappen und Oberfläche waren Flecken. Vermeintlich saubere Handtüchern und Geschirrtücher haben übel gestunken. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Auf meine Beschwerde wurde einfach nicht mehr reagiert.

Unmöglich

Balkon und Ausblick sind gut, dass war es auch schon.

Das Doppelbett waren 2 unterschiedliche Matratzen auf Holzpaletten gelegt. Eine Matratze war ok, die andere nicht nutzbar! Um ins hintere Bett (2.te Matratze) zu kommen, muss man über den anderen darüber krabbeln. Eine sinnvolle Möbelierung wie z.B. Kleiderschrank, etc. sind nicht vorhanden. Wir hatten auch für Juni 26 dieses Apartment gebucht.... und nach der Erfahrung am nächsten morgen storniert und anderswo gebucht. Den Mehrpreis von etwas über 50 € die Nacht in der neuen Unterkunft, investieren wir gerne!

Der Blick auf die Havel.

Keine Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zu einer Ferienwohnung sollte immer ein Parkplatz gehören. Die Möbel sind teilweise defekt sowie der Zustand der Wohnung mit vollen Aschenbecher sowie beschädigte Armaturen im Bad, rufen nach Besserung.
