The location, the comfort and cleanliness, the host is easy to contact to resolve issues, They also provide mineral waters (not drinking waters) some biscuits (quite a few) and coffee and tea - i think it's a plus point and nice gesture. They even provide a map for attractions near our stay (with the approximate distance). The kids get to choose where to explore based on the map provided.
i would love to have a microwave to be able to heat up food.

Location was spit on
Prayers waking us up early morning. Lack of electrical sockets by bed. Host did provide electrical extensions though.

Location is very strategic - near to lots of eateries especially at Cameron Centrum (though the mosque nearby can be a little bit loud at certain times)
House is on the 2nd floor, so it’s a very short elevator trip.
No need to worry about parking - there’s a reserved parking spot at basement (you need to walk up some stairs to go to the lobby and elevator)
House was also very clean 👍🏼
Exceptional service from the host - they are very responsive
I think might be better if there is a microwave for the guests to re-heat their food
