Een serieuze domper, gebleven omdat het op voorhand betaald was.
- De communicatie met de eigenares verliep vlot. Ze was goed bereikbaar, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
- Een mooie ruime badkamer met ligbad en een wasmachine.
- De WIFI was redelijk goed. Het was mogelijk om een programma te streamen zonder constante haperingen. Dan mocht er wel niemand anders met een ander toestel op dezelfde WIFI zitten.
De aankomst verliep voor ons al met een grote domper. Wij konden onze Suzuki S-Cross niet parkeren op de toegewezen plaats. De parkeerplaats was veel te smal voor onze auto. Het is niet fijn dat je bij aankomst moet ontdekken dat je uw nieuwe auto niet fatsoenlijk kan parkeren zonder risico op krassen door het metalen hek of deuken van degene die in de auto ernaast stapt (zie foto in bijlage). Er is zeer weinig parkeerplaats in de straat. Overal staan ook verbodsborden over het parkeren. De buren van het huis aan de overkant eigenden zich de aan ons toegewezen parkeerplaats ook toe alsof het van hen was. Wij hadden gelijk zin om terug naar huis te gaan. De sfeer was voor ons al serieus omgeslagen. De review van 24/08/2026 klopt dus zeker.
We hebben hierover contact opgenomen met de eigenares. Zij heeft uiteindelijk met één van de buren kunnen overeenkomen dat wij een andere plaats mochten gebruiken. Hiervoor zijn we haar uiteraard dankbaar.
Wij sliepen niet zo goed in het bed. Onze voorkeur gaat uit naar een iets stevigere matras.
Wij misten een microgolfoven in de keuken.
Wij zijn 1,72 meter hoog, maar vonden dat de spiegel in de badkamer te hoog hangt.
Wij vonden het uitzicht vanaf het balkon verschrikkelijk. Er is zeker geen mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Eerder op een heuvel langs de linkerzijkant, op het huis van de overburen en op de huidige bouwwerf, een te snoeien boom in het midden en op de parking en garageboxen langs de rechterkant (zie foto's in bijlage).
De locatie sloeg voor ons ook tegen. Wij vonden er geen rust. Je zit niet op een rustige afgelegen locatie of in de buurt van een gezellig dorpscentrum. Wij hadden de indruk dat wij in een soort van industriegebied zaten. Er was veel lawaai van passerende auto's en van de huidige bouwwerf.
Het is goedkoper dan andere appartementen. Wij hadden liever iets meer uitgegeven om rustiger en mooier qua locatie te zitten.
