Nice 2bedroom apartment in Athens suburb

Great location even though it’s further out of the city. There are many places to eat nearby. I was very familiar with the area as family live close by. Nice modern clean apartment that had been renovated with great AC in all areas. TVs had Netflix as well. Comfortable beds. Kitchen cooking area was well equipped and great size fridge.

There was no washing machine which made washing clothes difficult for a long stay. There was no microwave to reheat food and even though the the shower was great it was hard to adjust the hot water / best to only keep the switch for hot water on for only five minutes during the summer to avoid really hot water!

Η διαμονή μου στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα (9–11/5) ήταν μία πλήρως απογοητευτική εμπειρία, που ανέδειξε σοβαρή έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού, οργάνωσης και σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη. Παρότι το check‑in ήταν στις 15:00 και έφτασα απολύτως στην ώρα μου, λίγο πριν την άφιξη μου ζητήθηκε λανθασμένα περιβαλλοντικός φόρος 30€ για δύο βράδια, ποσό που μετά από επικοινωνία «διορθώθηκε» στα 16€. Ακόμη και σε βασικές χρεώσεις υπήρξε προχειρότητα. Η τοποθεσία που υπεδείκνυε η Booking ήταν εσφαλμένη· η σωστή διεύθυνση εμφανιζόταν μόνο σε μήνυμα του οικοδεσπότη. Το μοναδικό τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας δεν λειτουργούσε, παρότι προσπάθησα επανειλημμένα να καλέσω. Στο locker δεν υπήρχε το κλειδί, με αποτέλεσμα να μείνω ουσιαστικά χωρίς πρόσβαση, χωρίς καμία υποστήριξη. Μπήκα στην πολυκατοικία μόνο χάρη στη βοήθεια ενοίκου. Όταν εντόπισα το διαμέρισμα, αυτό είχε διαφορετική σήμανση από αυτήν της εταιρείας και, το χειρότερο, μέσα βρισκόταν ακόμη η καθαρίστρια, περίπου μισή ώρα μετά την επίσημη ώρα check‑in. Η καθαριότητα ήταν εμφανώς πρόχειρη και ανεπαρκής. Το αποκορύφωμα ήταν το λεκιασμένο κατωσέντονο κρεβατιού, για το οποίο υπάρχει φωτογραφία, γεγονός που συνιστά σοβαρό και αδιαπραγμάτευτο ζήτημα υγιεινής. Η συνολική εικόνα παραπέμπει σε πλήρη αποδιοργάνωση, ανύπαρκτη επικοινωνία και αδιαφορία για στοιχειώδη πρότυπα φιλοξενίας. Δεν θα το επέλεγα ξανά και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν το προτείνω.

Ωραία τοποθεσία με όλα δίπλα του Ωραία διαρρύθμιση για μια οικογένεια με 2 μικρά είναι όνειρο 2 τηλεοράσεις επίσης καλό

Αρνητικά Καθαριότητα κακή (ψυχούλα στις καρέκλες τρίχες στο μπάνιο καμένα 2 σεντόνια από τσιγάρο και κουβέρτες με τρίχες Πήρα την σκούπα την ηλεκτρική να καθαρίσω μόνος μου και ήταν τόσο βουλωμένη και βρώμικη που δεν έκανα τπτ Τα αιρ κοντισιον αν και είχε 3 μέσα τα είχαν ρυθμίσει να βγάζουν πολύ λίγο ζέστη και ότι και να έκανες εσύ δεν άλλαζε τπτ 2 μέρες στο σπίτι δεν ζεσταθήκαμε ποτέ άχνη είχε τρία…κάποια ρύθμιση εσωτερική που έβγαζαν πολύ λίγο ζέστη.πρσοθησα να κάνω τπτ πάλευα ώρες και τπτ Λείπει φούρνος με μικροκύματα Δεν ένιωσα ποτέ άνετα

Great location even though it’s further out of the city. There are many places to eat nearby. I was very familiar with the area as family live close by.
