An excellent choice for one night before a flight out (short, inexpensive Grab ride to Mactan). The room looked very nice (homey) and was well appointed. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have the TV with apps (i.e. YouTube) to relax in the evening. The kitchen in the unit had everything I needed to cook, but since I was only in for one night, shopping for groceries wasn't something I wanted to do - but just in front of the property there is a restaurant (La Famiglia) where I got a nice plate of pasta for dinner.
The building is set back from the road - so quiet on that score. Unfortunately this unit is located right by the reception desk and you could hear the security guards (the beeping of their radios, etc) and guests/residents(?) in other rooms were not respectful and were quite noisy in the hall.

This place is FANTASTIC!! Located very close to the airport - it’s clean, comfortable and great value for money. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed a few places in Cebu and wish we stayed here each time as it’s such a great location for the airport. There’s also a pizza/pasta restaurant a minute walk away. And a convenient store.
