Location of room was spectacular and roomy for 2. Loved it. Thank you.

Broken glass on bathroom mirror was shocking. Glass was visible on sink counter. Very strange. Further inspection of room located prior Guest left personal clothing articles from drawer. Again, extremely strange. Housekeeping was very nice as they used gloves and bags to remove the prior guests clothing. Front Desk Manager was exceptional handling this unfortunate situation created by their housekeeping staff. Maintenance person was great also. Place some protective cover over the jagged edges of the broken glass around the mirror in the bathroom.

The location was excellent

My room windows was really dirty, couldn't really enjoy the ocean view. No luggage carts on room floor. Requested bellman, but one was not there when we arrived to our 5th floor.
