The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was clean.

1.Just a suggestion.The person who is washing the vehicle should ask the owner of the vehicle first before washing the vehicle. 2. The hot water heater was not working.

I was very happy with my overall stay at Palms and Pebbles, the staff there are so kind & supportive

All points respected, the girl at the reception was amazingly helpful, clear in her communications, and made us feel at home.

The rooms at the back side need mosquito net.

The lodge is extremely beautiful nd clean. The host was exceptionally kind nd understanding to my fears on arrival. I will forever b grateful for having chosen palms nd peebles. Enjoyed my stay.

To tell the truth on arrival i was a bit scared because the lodge is in a neighborhood. But 2nd day i realised that im in the right suburb. I liked everything about it. Even its roads that are not tarred I loved them.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable

No facilities for making a hot drink which, given that the location is far from anywhere to get a tea or coffee, was disappointing. We did ask reception for a cup of hot water but it would be much better to have something easily available. No food other than breakfast, which we knew.before booking. On our first night we walked in the dark to the end of the road and found some local food. We felt safe, but I think many people would be too scared to do that in the area. We asked for information about the takeaway services, but the information wasn't particularly helpful. It would be such an obvious improvement to make that detail easily available.
