El apartamento está genial, todo en general, comodidades, limpieza, ubicación, instalaciones comunitarias, servicio de supermercados, facilidad para aparcar.... El personal de mantenimiento y limpieza, la verdad que excepcional, emplean mucho tiempo en dejarlos listos y son detallistas.

Lo único mejorable es el tema de alojar a perros, nos hemos encontrado muchos pelos, y no por falta de limpieza, sino porque el pelo de las mascotas es muy fino y se pega a todo. El césped del patio estaba muy lleno de pelos, así como los sofás del exterior, pero entiendo que es porque algunos huéspedes no cumplen con las normas de no subir animales a las camas y sofás, el dar ese servicio supondrá que el mobiliario en general se deteriore en un espacio de tiempo más corto. También comentar que hubo un momento en la piscina comunitaria que estuvimos incómodos por los comentarios de vecinos propietarios porque parece ser que no quieren que los huéspedes de los apartamentos usemos las instalaciones y en conversaciones que tenían pudimos escucharlo.

Que todo era prácticamente nuevo

Sofa muy incomodo , se escuchaba todo del apartamento de al lado (Por ejemplo cada vez que se duchaban) y la limpieza no fue del todo buena.
