Excellent location. Beds comfy and layout worked well. Very comfy pullout couch. They did make up the pullout bed for us as I had requested.
Everything in the apt was as pictured which was great. We might stay here again but we did have a few maintenance issues (see negative feedback) that must be corrected.
Major: you MUST tell people when mobility tools are broken. My father is 75 with asthma and a broken toe but the lift was broken and we had no warning. As a family we have a baby, two grandparents with medical equipment and two adults with all the luggage and a stroller. Hosts did not warn us of this. Other guests informed us as we were waiting in the entrance for the lift. There was not even a sign for out of order.
Danger: the shower has no curtain and splashes making flooring very slippery. The drain was so slow the small shower was like a bath.
Dangerous stairs and Inconvenient: someone broke a beer bottle on the stairs overnight Saturday - this happens. I get it. Sunday I was the one to try to sweep the broken glass out of the way so my family didn’t slip. The cleaning staff was there. However when we came back the glass remained and was still there when we left.
