The location is perfect, the villa spotless, and the daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and a small but very welcome bonus was the international power plugs in each room - no scrambling for adapters.
Ajung, our host, was exceptional. He greeted us warmly even though we arrived two hours later than planned, and throughout our stay he was consistently polite, helpful and proactive. Every evening he sent a WhatsApp message confirming what time he’d be at the villa each day, which made everything feel organised and effortless.
The villa itself is in a brilliant spot: great breakfast cafes close by, an ATM and supermarket right at the end of the lane, and just enough space for our driver to get the car in and out without stress.
Overall, Villa Anvira has become our favourite way to stay in Bali. No more overpriced hotel rooms-this villa experience is far better in every way.
One thing to keep in mind-there are stairs to the second level. They weren’t an issue for us, but if you’re travelling with little ones or have mobility concerns, it’s worth noting they’re a bit of a stairmaster workout.

Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Fantastic service from Ajung. Great kitchen set up with everything you need to cook. Shops at your doorstep and walk to the beach is 800m.

A few meters away from the main street, so it was quiet. It's a less busy section of Jl. Raya Legian but there are still various breakfast options only a few meters away, including the famous Brunch Club.
Everything is in excellent condition, so we had a fantastic stay. When we arrived late in the evening the villa manager was waiting for us. The villa was cleaned very carefull each day, Agung did a great job. He even changed the bedsheets after two days, even though we hadn't requested it for our stay of four days. And when we asked for a hairdryer they bought one for us immediately.
Last but not least the price was simply unbeatable.
Yes, the stairs are a bit odd, as other people have already mentioned. However, if you don't have a mobility impairment there is absolutely no problem.
