The accommodation is close to the promenade and beach. Your room is clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. Janine, your host, is very friendly and approachable. It is great value for money.

It was easy to make one's own breakfast / tea and coffee if wanted
The location was perfect re; access to the town/ beach/ facilities
Janine provided an excellent and welcoming service .The only problem was finding somewhere to park on arrival ( probably because it was a sunny Sunday ) but this was resolved .

Ideally situated for what I wanted.was a very clean and comfortable room.janine was very nice and explained everything and showed me where everything was.i would definitely stay again.
Only fault I had really was the bathroom being downstairs.but for only one night I coped with it.

It felt homely and was so so comfortable and the host was so lovely to us from the moment we walked in. Showed us around and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be coming back in the future.
