Gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia dello staff. È come sentirsi a casa. L'hotel è direttamente sulla spiaggia, molto tranquillo per rilassarsi. Mette a disposizione diverse escursioni, io ho fatto quella col dhow al tramonto, spettacolare. Stanze grandi con tutto il necessario.

Unica cosa la rete internet è un po' debole (ma probabilmente sono stato sfortunato io in quei giorni).

I highly recommend staying at Giraffe House! From the very beginning, the entire team kept me well informed and made the booking process effortless. A special thank you to Mr. Aurélio, who ensured everything went smoothly and helped make our trip completely stress-free. We traveled with Nagi Transport Services and, despite some reviews we had seen beforehand, we found the service to be clean, organized, comfortable, and spacious enough for a pleasant journey. Upon arrival, Mr. Anádio personally collected us from the terminal and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We never felt like guests—we felt like family. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Vilankulo itself is breathtaking, with beautiful beaches and islands to explore. A huge thank you to Mr. Jeff from Sunset Dhow Safari for arranging an incredible boat trip to Bazaruto Island. We were not planning on going at first, but after some encouragement, we decided to join—and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! The trip was well organized, professional, and absolutely worth every penny. Our guides, Alfredo and his team, were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure everyone had an unforgettable experience. They provided helpful snorkeling guidance, especially for beginners, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the excursion. The accommodation offers excellent value for money, and there are several restaurants within a 3–5 minute walk. I especially recommend Bush Beach Backpackers Restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals, fresh seafood, generous portions, and great prices. Kudos to Mr. Pedro and his staff for their wonderful service. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. If you’re considering a trip to Vilankulo, don’t think twice—Giraffe House is a fantastic choice! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

A educação de todos os funcionários. Sempre pró ativos para ajudar no que for necessário. A praia em frente é muito linda! Também a ideia do terraço é bastante aconchegante para ficar tranquilo apreciando a vista enquanto toma um café. Recomendo!

No banheiro falta um Dispenser na parede do box para acomodar o sabonete, shampoo. O vaso sanitário está com um pequeno vazamento, fácil manutenção.

Salida directa a la playa. Jony fue muy agradable conmigo cuando llegué.

Había mucho ruido. Se escuchaba constantemente desde la habitación un ruido como si fuera de una caldera que se prendía todo el tiempo. Las zonas comunes son muy básicas. Cuando se hace de noche no hay nada que puedas hacer fuera de la habitación. Hay muy poca luz. No tiene recepción como tal. Ni restaurante. Así que no puedes estar ahí tomándote algo por ejemplo. La habitación es muy básica. La luz es la de techo, no hay ninguna otra que sea menos fuerte. No hay mesitas de noche…
