Ótima acomodação para um casal, nova, bem equipada e com todos os utensílios necessários. O ponto alto foi o estacionamento privativo em frente ao apartamento, com acesso por controle remoto, que fez toda a diferença em nossa viagem. O sofá-cama possui colchão e foi confortável para nós. O check-in e o check-out são simples, com todas as instruções enviadas pela empresa administradora. É importante apenas considerar que funciona como apartamento, não como hotel: não há recepção presencial, a limpeza não é diária e o shampoo e o sabonete são suficientes somente para o primeiro dia — nada disso foi um problema para nós. A acomodação fica a cerca de 12 minutos a pé de uma das entradas do centro histórico. Tivemos uma excelente estadia! Seguem fotos dos valores que são cobrados e do colchão da cama.

Muy bien situado, muy bien climatizado y muy bien renovado y cuidado. Realmente es de los pocos casos en los que las fotografías de Booking coinciden exactamente con la realidad de lo que es el apartamento
Segunda planta sin ascensor, con escaleras un poco empinadas, para personas de avanzada edad o con movilidad reducida, obviamente no es un apartamento recomendable. Al no tener habitación, se ha de dormir en el sofa-cama del comedor, no excesivamente cómodo pero razonablemente adecuado

Que era muy nuevo todo muy ordenado y limpio. El parking gratuito es un punto muy a favor.
Dos pisos de escalera estrecha e incomoda para subir cargados de maletas.
El extra de 41€ o el bloqueo de tarjeta de 250€, lo cual no tuve conocimiento hasta que hice el check-in.
En las instrucciones que envían estresan un poco con el hecho de los posibles desperfectos, llegas incluso a obsesionarte.
La hora del check-in y check out, me parece excesiva, para entrar antes también hay que pagar.

The room was very clean and very bright with two large windows opening up to the streets ,and sun coming up through the windows and in the bathroom, which was a huge class for me on the second floor. The area was very safe to walk around a big supermarket just across the street. A bakery downstairs and a very small shops around the neighborhood walking distance 10 to 15 minutes to the tourist center and to the attractions very quiet building had a lot of cooking utensils if somebody likes to cook. The cooling system in the room for hot summer days was a perk. Loved it. Having an iron and small iron board was great.
There are steps going up to the second floor no elevator and the steps are little steep. It’s not good if you have large suitcase, it did work for me fine since I had a small carry-on. Upon arrival nobody greeted at the door and help you with your luggage to the floor. Some items were missing like the bath floor mat, but upon communication they provide . The hand soap was so little and it got finished and they didn’t respond to my text to have a refill. It would be good to have a refill or to ensure before arrival that everything is fully stocked it would be good to have a cold drink in the refrigerator for this hot weather. ( had this experience in another county, so it was a nice touch). Having an umbrella would be good too since you can get an unexpected rain showers. Overall everything was very, very good.
