Beautiful old Pub over 100 years old, lots of character and friendly staff. We didn't eat here as we were staying for a wedding up the road, but the food we did see looked good and generous size servings.
The little cabin was all we needed for one night, but they need a bit of TLC. Very basic accommodation, but comfortable enough. The steps and decking were a little worse for wear, and the inside could do with a bit of a revamp. It has everything you need but there were just a few little things that could be improved. We had tea, coffee and bottled water supplied, but no milk, we had to ask for some. The aircon/heater worked but the remote didn't. I had to plug the lamp in, and moved the bedside table to find the socket, and there was rubbish on the floor, empty food packets and dirt. If you're looking for a no fuss budget option, it's a great alternative to the more expensive places around.

Great Country Pub with a few basic rooms for overnight stays. Rooms are cozy, clean and convenient. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
It's great that there is a smoke alarm in the room but the red light on it is so bright.
