地理位置真的離海灘很近，雖然不是海景第一排實際上還有隔一條馬路，但真的是過一條馬路就直接是海灘，走路 ５分鐘而已。同一棟的樓下就有一間有名的早午餐咖啡廳，吃早餐很方便。房間裝潢很現代化舒適，走廊上也有密碼鎖的行李置物區和微波爐，就算買小東西吃也很方便。我很喜歡整個內外空間的光線，白天採光很美，走廊上的燈光柔和均勻，電梯一開進入飯店區，就讓人覺得放鬆。
因為商業大樓電梯是共用的，樓下有燒烤店，電梯的燒烤氣味很重。也因為電梯是整棟不同商家共用，空間又不大，用餐時間要等比較久，早餐時段時有明顯感受到。

위치는 해운대 바로 앞에 시설도 깨끗합니다!
다만 복도에서 나는 특유에 방향제 냄새가 있는데 그건 사람마다 차이가 있는거라 크게 문제는 없을거 같습니다!
청소도 깨끗하게 잘해주시고 일단 위치적으로 바다 바로앞 너무 좋습니다.

住宿位置極佳，往前走不到3分鐘到海雲台海邊，往後走就是各種商店街、餐廳，非常熱鬧
自動入住非常簡便，所有備品也非常齊全，包含微波爐、飲水/製冰機等
房間內的設施簡約新穎、整潔乾淨！非常好～
