The hotel has good infrastructure and the facilities are cleaned daily. The room was cleaned every day, the bed and shower were very comfortable, and the staff was generally friendly and polite.
We had booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival we were assigned a ground-floor room that was smaller, had poor internet connection, was directly exposed to the outside, and had a strong septic water smell throughout the room. Despite reporting the issue immediately, we had to insist and even state that we would leave before the hotel reacted and finally gave us the room we had originally booked, which only happened after 3 nights. It felt as though, despite being aware of the issue, they tried to minimize it rather than resolve it promptly.
Although the room was cleaned daily, the bed sheets were never changed during our entire 12-day stay, which is unexpected for a hotel of this level.
At checkout, we were charged an additional 3.5% bank commission for card payment, which was not clearly communicated in advance, resulting in an extra cost of around USD 20.
We also requested laundry service before leaving (USD 20). The first time, the clothes were returned undried, unfolded, and placed directly into a bag. After complaining, they agreed to redo it, but the second time, although the clothes were folded, they appeared to have been washed without detergent or softener, with an unpleasant smell. In practice, the service was useless, as we had to rewash everything at home.
