The listing say it sleeps 10. We were a family of 5 and we stretched the sleep arrangements. Maybe if were college kids on spring break we could get 10.
The guide the renter provided was accurate and made the stay enjoyable. Without it we would have had issues. The distance to the Skytree and the train station was extremely convenient.
The apartment was clean and all the facilities worked well. The kitchen sink leaked, but created no issues for us. I would recommend this place to people traveling on a budget. I would recommend it to people who weren’t. It was very clean, the bedding was nice (they need better pillows). They also need better chairs. The best places to sit are gone after you turn them into beds, and the remaining chairs are not comfortable.
The toilet is in a different place than the shower and sink. The shower and sink share space with the clothes washer. It is actually a smart design, but might throw you off at first.

Absolute everything was perfect except they didnt give up our actual room number. No biggie a phone call and a quick fix. We will be coming to stay again and I've already recommend this property to several friends who are planning to go. Next time we will stay there the entirety of our trip.

The location was a nice residential street walking distance to a major train station and sky tree, close to a laundromat, several restaurants, a grocery store, and above all SUPER QUIET. We had great access to train lines while being able to rest and recover in in peace. The washing machine worked well and was a great bonus. The check in guide was in such great detail it made using the property amenities really easy.
When I did run into issues with check in and needed an additional towel, the staff support was so polite and quick with their replies. The beds were soft and clean and the overall look of the room was exactly as pictured. The room has light wear on the walls and furniture from former guests, but I would still rate it as clean and in good condition. On future trips to the area, I would hope to stay here again. It was wonderful
