One reservation includes one reserved parking space for one vehicle at Wetherspoon Car Park on Fleet Street, approximately a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

⚠️ Due to council road restrictions, vehicle access to Fleet Street may be blocked after 8 PM, particularly Thursday–Sunday and on busy/event nights. If the bollards are raised, the car park cannot be accessed by vehicle. We strongly recommend arriving and parking before 8 PM.

The apartment is near Concert Square, one of Liverpool’s liveliest nightlife areas. Outside noise may be heard, particularly at night and on weekends. Complimentary earplugs and a white-noise machine are provided.

The total number of people inside the apartment, including visitors, must never exceed the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Please treat the apartment with care and report any damage promptly. Please leave the kitchen reasonably clean, dispose of rubbish appropriately and return the keys to the lockbox when checking out.
