PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS
• Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, or money wire
• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Not available through our Company, we encourage travelers to secure travel insurance.

The property was lovely, the kitchen was very equipped with everything you need, there is 3 fridges, plenty of ice, very clean. The beds were so comfortable, sheets and duvet were very high quality. Water pressure was great. Beautiful home, truly. Our MHV host was very responsive, he was helpful. Our only suggestion for this property would be a shade umbrella on the pool deck, it was pretty relentless out there with zero shade in the afternoon and early evening.
