Everything was well suited for us. It worked out very well. Communication was good, location was nice and it had everything we needed to function for our stay as a group of 10.

Clean and comfy. The driveway is very steep - worth mentioning in the listing in case travelers have a trailer or are on motorcycles.

Lake view was great Communication with host was great House was not properly clean before arrival Bathrooms cleanBedroom beds were already made and sheets were dirty had lots of hair human and dog… glad we brought our own bedding. Floors were very dirty We saw lots of bugs which we understood being water front but dead ones should have been sweep up. Live ants spiders and water bugs a crickets running around. Lastly the bottom bunk room had a little surprise that was not listed This room must have been a porch at some point There is a outdoor chimney grill in the wallI would suggest closing that off or putting a lock on it this is not safe for a kids room It is still open to the outside and there were bird nest and leaves other varmints could come in. Sorry to give a bad review but others should be prepared or owner could make improvements. House has lots to offer if these things were address that is why I gave a 3 star when it was really closer to a 2 star
