The Space:
Crisp white architecture, high open-beam ceilings and bold mustard, navy and olive accents give The Beach House its distinctive character. The pool sits at the centre, connected directly with the living, dining and kitchen areas to create one easy social space.

The three bedrooms are enclosed and air-conditioned, giving everyone a comfortable retreat from the open living areas and lively neighbourhood. Two have king beds; the third can be prepared as a king or twins when requested in advance. Each bedroom has its own large bathroom, so no one needs to share.

The villa also includes a rain shower and daybed. The kitchen is equipped for breakfast, drinks and casual meals, with cooking essentials and a Nespresso coffee machine. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, smart TV and Bluetooth speaker are also available.

The Beach House is made for friends and three couples who want Berawa at their doorstep without giving up personal space. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a large private bathroom, and the third can be arranged as a king or twins. The villa accommodates up to six guests as standard.

The Neighborhood:
The house is a two-minute walk to some of Bali's most beautiful beaches as well as excellent surf spots.

Walk to the buzzy Finn’s Beach Club, or cycle five minutes to a selection of top quality restaurants in the Berawa or Batu Bolong areas.

A newbie to surfing? Want to enjoy a stunning sunset? Fancy dinner by the beach? Berawa beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
The Beach House places some of Berawa’s best-known beach clubs, restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance.

• Finns Beach Club: 1–2 minutes
• Atlas Beach Fest: 1–2 minutes
• Berawa Beach: approximately 3 minutes
• Bottega Italiana: approximately 5 minutes
• NUDE Café: approximately 7 minutes

Walking times may vary slightly depending on pace, route and entrance.

Much of Berawa can be explored on foot. For destinations farther across Canggu and Bali, guests generally use ride-hailing services, scooters or a private driver. Traffic can significantly affect driving times during busy periods.


Other Things to Note:
The villa’s exceptional walkability comes with the energy of central Berawa. Beach-club music, passing traffic and occasional neighbourhood dogs may be heard, with music often continuing until around midnight.

The living, dining and kitchen areas are completely open-air and are not air-conditioned. The bedrooms are enclosed and air-conditioned, which significantly reduces, but does not eliminate, outside sound. The Beach House is best for guests who value beach clubs, dining, nightlife and the beach on foot over complete nighttime silence.

The villa accommodates up to six guests as standard. One paid extra guest and an additional bed may be accepted by prior arrangement; please confirm approval and the applicable charge before booking.
