Very clean, perfect for our family of 5 adults and 3 teens staying for a couple of days. Would use again if returning to Cleveland. Dinah was responsive and helpful. Very comfortable and quiet.

Our adult group of 9 had a nice stay. Rooms were comfortable, and the large 3rd floor space had is own climate control. We also enjoyed the back yard in May. Nicely furnished kitchen.
