The main living spaces open onto a generous outdoor terrace, where a private hot tub, fireplace and built-in teppanyaki grill create a standout setting for long lunches, evenings outside and entertaining together.

A private cinema room with projector and surround sound provides another place to unwind, while elevated views toward the Sky Tower and Auckland skyline give the home a distinctive sense of place.

Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms feature Super King beds and hotel-quality linen, complemented by refined bathrooms and considered finishes throughout. Downstairs, a private office can be configured with additional sleeping arrangements when required, allowing the main residence to accommodate up to 10 guests.

Underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathrooms adds comfort during cooler months, while air conditioning is available in the primary and second bedrooms. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace also make the property particularly well suited to executive and longer stays.
