The Space:
Designed for simple comfort, this bright and welcoming studio offers everything you need for relaxed beachside living just steps from Shelly Beach. High ceilings, large sliding doors, soft neutral tones and timber details create a light and laid-back coastal feel.
Living Area: Stretch out on the comfortable leather sofa, catch up on your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or open the sliding doors and let the fresh sea breeze flow through.
Kitchenette & Dining: The practical kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, portable electric hot plate, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. A front-loading washing machine is also provided for added convenience. Nearby, a dining table for two is perfect for easy breakfasts or relaxed meals at home.
Bedroom: The studio features a plush king-sized bed, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan for year-round comfort. A built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage, and a porta cot is available for guests travelling with a little one.
Bathroom: The ensuite bathroom features a glass shower, vanity and toilet, with bi-fold doors providing easy access to the deck.
Outdoor Area: Step outside onto your private deck and unwind on the shaded outdoor lounge surrounded by palms and greenery. Fire up the BBQ for an alfresco meal or enjoy a drink by the fireplace as the evening cools.
Parking & Access: The main house behind the studio is not available for guest use. Driveway parking is not permitted; however, free street parking is available.
Please Note: The home next door is currently under construction, and some daytime noise may occasionally be heard.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the bungalow at the front of the property. Please note that the main house located behind the bungalow is not available for guest use. Parking in the driveway is not permitted, please utilise street parking only. Please note the home next door is under construction.
The Neighborhood:
Leave the car parked and explore on foot—everything you need is close by. The beach is just a two-minute stroll from your stay, with coastal walking tracks, playgrounds and cafés within easy reach. Walk twelve minutes to Moffat Beach’s lively main street, home to great coffee, casual dining and a large seaside playground. Kings Beach is only 1.3 kilometres away, offering a patrolled surf beach, oceanfront pool, surf club and relaxed beachfront cafés.
When you’re ready to venture further, Caloundra’s main street is a five-minute drive. Maroochydore Airport is about thirty minutes away, while Brisbane Airport and the CBD can be reached in just over an hour. Day trips are easy—visit Australia Zoo, Mooloolaba, SEA LIFE, Kawana Shoppingworld, or the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. For a change of pace, head to Maleny, Montville or Kondalilla Falls in around thirty minutes, or continue north to Noosa National Park in under an hour.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 600m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

We had a lovely stay, location was perfect for us, within walking distance to all our interests, and at night the peace and quiet to sleep early and well. The Bungalow had just what we needed for a short stay, our style, modern, clean and simple.

Lovely spot and great setup, think for the price you pay though they could have provide a cheese or bbq platter as a welcome gift.

So lets start with getting into the property! No communication at all! Sooo I thought i was booking with Wotif but then Stayz appeared! Then Vrbo! then Welcome Ready! None communicated till we had to get in! All links, codes went nowhere or we were denied access to the property! Eventually we found a number! Now we get into the property... we have driven 2 hours, sat in traffic you know how it is! Lets have a cup of tea...there tea & coffee but NO milk... ever heard of Long Life milk! Ok now so you know this Bungalow is in the front of someones yard facing the street! Ok we fell for the misleading photo's...our fault! Lets move on to the "Firepit" this is out in the elements, no cover, a miserable bit of wet wood, half burned wood in pit, water in the bottom, NO kindling NO paper NO lighter! So No Fire! So lets watch some tv on Mini Me's lounge, Ok lets go to bed, so you know there is a frosted door between our "Bungalow" lol and main house, so you know the security lights all around the house stayed on all night..yes it was like we had a spaceship in the yard! I have never been so pissed off with a Holiday Let before! Moffat Beach btw is lovely just find somewhere else to stay as this even tho yes its clean it is overpriced and you will find something a lot nicer in the area!
