Everything was very clean and as advertised. Host was very prompt to reply to communication. Very quiet home, almost never heard other occupants. The only thing holding me back from a full 5 star rating was the bed arrangements. The queen sized bed was comfortable and clean, but the side was right up against the wall and if my spouse had been with me one of us would have struggled to get out or in the bed. The bunk bed room had the bottom bunk right on the floor, not elevated at all. I was traveling with my adult stepson, and it made getting in and out of the bed a bit of a struggle for anyone that was not a small child. Beyond that the only other criticism I can give would be for the toilet paper. I work at a hospital and this toilet paper in the VRBO was even thinner than that which is saying something. I would invest a couple more dollars to have a better quality available. We ended up buying our own pack and donated it to the VRBO upon leaving. Overall, the area was quiet. We had no issues with the codes or locks. Water was provided which was a nice touch. We felt the VRBO was a good value. If the bedding concerns were addressed for adults we probably would stay again.
