About this apartment rental
This large Beachfront Penthouse Apt is set over 3 levels with a huge rooftop terrace that has great ocean, beach & national park views. Both bedrooms have en-suites & there is a separate powder room. There is a resort pool & tennis court & guests have aprivate beachfront access from the front of the resort through the national park.
Guest have access to the whole apartment.
5mins to Noosa & 20 mins from airport. Being beachfront & surrounded by national park, makes this apartment so peaceful, and its only a few minutes to Sunshine beach, Peregian beach & Noosa Heads.
These centres are full of great cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping & interesting small bars.
There are many walks from the house, along the beach or through the national park to choose from.
There are frequent busses from the nearby bus stop of `Castaways Creek` that are free on school holidays & weekends.
There is an amazing beach at your doorstep & patrolled beaches are only a few minutes away by
car.
The bike path in front of the house one of the best in the region if you prefer to ride.
1 Small, well house trained dog under 15kg is welcome upon request first, the pet fee is $95 per stay.
There are some useful beach items which guests have access to, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys & activities.
There are 2 flights of stairs to the main door of the apartment.

Location and rooftop alfresco space were superb. Beach access and walking tracks to surrounding bushlands and the Noosa National Park were stunning. This location was an idealic blend of ocean relaxation and bushwalking. The beds were super comfy and the weather was perfect. Greg was.an attentive host.

Pet friendly, great views. Walking distance to non patrolled off leash dog beach. Great communication between host Greg. Super happy with last minute stay and will be back.

Greg was an amazing host, from the moment we steps in this beautiful property we felt at home. We loved the separated living and bedrooms and the sundeck was truly enjoyable. Best part is it’s only a minutes walk to the beach. We will most definitely return.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Host was helpful & accommodating to our needs. The apartment was very well presented and clean. The rooftop terrace a highlight with great views & breezes during the day and a great place to star gaze at night!! Highly recommend.
