About this house rental
Lovely and spacious with tons of natural light. The living/dining area is open plan with windows and bi-fold doors opening up to a covered deck with fireplace and large lawn with established garden.
Located down a private right of way and on a 1/4 acre this lovely property is surrounded by established trees and a large, flat lawn. Choice of 3 beaches, clifftop walk and Waipu caves within 10 minutes drive.
The house was built in 2015 so is still fairly new with 2 large bedrooms and a 3rd smaller bedroom with a single bed easily able to fit an average adult comfortably plus two full bathrooms which were renovated 2 years ago. The two bathrooms enables everyone to have a degree of privacy which is lovely if you’re staying here with friends. The house is all on the same level so no stairs to worry about.
The location is quiet and private as there’s very minimal traffic noise or street lights but is only a short, flat 3 minute walk into town to the restaurants and boutique shops. Enjoy chatting with friends on the deck with the ambience of a wood burning fireplace. The night sky is particularly beautiful as there’s minimal light pollution.
