Lage ist sehr gut.

Gegenüber ist ein gebührenpflichtiger Parkplatz und es wird sehr laut. Balkon ist nicht wirklich nutzbar, weil man auf den Parkplatz schaut und alle rein sehen können. Küche ist nur mit Minimum ausgestattet (keine Kochplatten).

The location is excellent, the building is well-maintained, the elevator works perfectly, and the door access system with codes is very convenient and reliable.

There were several issues during our stay. For the first six days, we only had ICE cold water. While technical problems can happen, communication with the owner was quite slow and it was difficult to reach her. Eventually, a repair team was sent, and by the seventh day we finally had hot water. In addition, both the Wi-Fi and TV were not working at the beginning, although these issues were fixed after about two days. We were aware that there would be no cleaning service during our stay, which is fine. However, there were no basic cleaning tools provided (such as a broom or cleaning supplies), which would have been necessary. Each guest received only one set of towels for the entire stay, and there was no extra bed linen available. The floor was not very clean upon arrival, and the balcony was quite dirty due to a sandstorm—understandable, but still not cleaned before our check-in. Also, the hand soap dispenser was empty, and the kitchen sponge was clearly used from previous guests, which was not hygienic. Overall, while the apartment has a great location and some practical features, the level of cleanliness, equipment, and responsiveness should be definitely improved.
