Une arrivée très décevante ... un séjour qui n'a pas répondu à l'attente principale : l'intimité

Les piscines sont agréable surtout celle de l'hôtel, beaucoup de moustique autour de celle de la résidence malgré que soit dans un très beau cadre. L’hôtesse d'accueil "Francia" qui dispose de nombreuses qualités et d'une certaine culture. Certains membres du personnel qui sont souriantes et polies. Chambre spacieuse même si pas d'intimité, le balcon donne sur le jardin. la climatisation fonctionne correctement.

Concernant la réservation : J'ai réservé un appartement LOFT et pour finir nous avons eu à notre disposition une chambre aux même prix que l'appartement ... Pour deux adultes avec un enfant, ce ne fut pas le séjour attendu, pas d'intimité vu que le chambre n'a pas de chambre séparée comme prévu pour l'appartement. Ce qui a eu pour conséquence que madame a dormi la quasi-totalité du séjour chez sa famille ... C'est dommage que la Responsable des réservations booking ne nous ai pas informé avant la fin de notre premier séjour, elle a attendu notre départ pour nous envoyer un message. Pris au piège avec un enfant nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que d'accepter. L'appartement devait être disponible à partir de 14H et pour finir nous avons disposé de la chambre à 17H40 car la responsable des réservation booking de l’hôtel a accepté que les clients précédents puissent rester dans le logement plus longtemps sans nous prévenir à l’avance ni nous demander notre avis car il avait un vol tardif. Après avoir signalé notre mécontentement par message le Directeur de l’hôtel nous a remboursé la première nuit, ce qui n’a pas résolu notre problème d’intimité. Concernant la chambre : - Peu de chaine de télévision : on peut s'attendre à mieux. - Vous aurez 4 sachets de thé à votre arrivée puis cela va être aléatoire en fonction de la femme de chambre. - Serviettes pas changées tout les jours, cela dépend de la femme de chambre du jour, pareil pour les articles de toilette (30 ml pour 3 personnes ? et parfois il ne sont pas remplis pensant quelques jours cela dépend de la femme de la chambre. - Des défauts dans la chambres (tâche plafond, porte papier toilette réparé avec du stock et des bouts de carton). - Cuisine dans la chambre mais pas de plaque de cuisson, seulement une bouilloire : quel est l'intérêt d'avoir installé une cuisine ?

Un petit peu plus d'exigence serait la bienvenu. Peu de chaine télévisée Pommeau de douche difficile a tourner
